Client, Org and Access Control
Single Client with multiple Organisations/Branches.
Products and Prices are controlled Client wide by Client Admin only while Branches able to control Areas, Customers, etc.
Users assigned Roles and system implements Role-Based Access Controls.
Branch Users only able to process, view and analyse own Branch data.
Each Branch can have it's own Order Cut-off Time.
Masterdata
Multi-Branch for each Customer with Geolocation tag, Outgoing Warehouse, Delivery Zone and Delivery Vehicle Capacity indication for each Branch.
Each Customer Branch is assigned a Planned Visit Week (ISO Month Week) and Visit Day (ISO Week Day).
Each Customer Branch can be assigned to one or more Sales Area/s.
Products and related Prices are Centrally Controlled at Client HQ level.

Credit Approval to review and approve Credit Limits and Credit Terms. Able to auto-approve Orders within Credit Limits and Credit Terms.
Stock Approval to review and approve Deliveries based on Stock Availability. Able to auto-approve Orders that have sufficient Stocks available.
Collections
Daily Collections Report by Sales Personnel to ensure collection submission.
Deposit Reconciliation to facilitate daily deposits reconciliation. Post dated cheques and House cheques are reconciled.
Logistics
Supports Multi-Warehouse for each Branch.
Auto Route Planning from either VanApp's Orders or Invoices imported from Accounting System.
Supports Delivery Zones for internal delivery zone grouping.
Each Route is assigned to a Vehicle for delivery. Vehicle Delivery Performance can be analysed for Vehicle KPI purposes.
Monitoring of Delivery Fulfillment and Delivery Re-assignment. Unfulfilled Deliveries are tagged with Unfulfilled Reasons for analysis purposed.
Delivery Status are monitored for each Order/Invoice, ie, Routed, Assigned, Re-assigned and Fulfilled.
Sales Personnel has real-time information on Delivery Status.
Inter-Branch
Inter-branch Orders function with generation of Inter-Branch Purchase Order and Sales Branch Orders to be imported into Accounting System for Inter-branch invoicing.
