OrderLy App provides sales representatives with up-to-date and historical client profiles to better inform their customer interactions. Planned visits ensure all customers are serviced. Real-time data for each production line and product batch are recorded with UBApp. They display real-time production-KPI achievements and worker and managerial progress, enabling quick decision-making. GASSB uses SPOT to monitor the location of staff and resources within their factory through a location device and Android Watch App. Real-time location data provides insights into resources' productive and non-productive working hours. Orange Workforce RPA replaces workers who collect and collate reporting data from branches all over Malaysia. This leads to savings in expensive manual labour and timelier and more accurate reports than humans can give. The RPA also replaces other repetitive or systematic human tasks (e.g. purchase order processing etc.).

Tightened inter-system integration for improved data consistency

Enterprise Service Bus (An architecture with a set of rules and principles for integrating numerous applications together) was used to standardise every data format from all systems. A normalised System Masterdata and Glossary of Terms were formulated. All fields were standardised for data consumption no matter the origin of the source data. This removed the need for a Single System to do everything and data consistency was guaranteed between systems.

Improved Security and Site Monitoring with check-ins & incident reporting

Patrollable logs security patrol checkpoint check-ins with NFC and device geolocation. Detected incidents are reported in real-time and recorded with camera imaging; hence, immediate action can be taken to resolve security incidents. Logs are kept of all resolved and open incidents. Location-capture ensures security personnel's integrity.

Reduced Delivery Lead Time by reducing Route Planning time

Orders are automatically clustered into 'Delivery Clusters' with the Planonn constraint problem-solver. Deliveries are also automatically scheduled for the most efficient travelling route. This eradicates the manual process of allocating and arranging orders into delivery zones. Fewer vehicles used and efficient delivery routes have saved substantial cost for Jasmine.

Improved Business Insights with Data Warehouse & Reporting

Data Warehouse consolidates different systems into one data warehouse hosted on the Cloud. Historical data are extracted and transformed, then migrate into the Data Warehouse while daily data are loaded via the ESB via a daily Schedule. A customised reporting dashboard was developed for insights into the data for decision making.

Improved Staff Satisfaction with Company Annual Gift Selection

Customised Web App was developed to let long-serving employees to pick and choose their gifts. This reduced wastage in "unwanted" and generic gifts, and took the guessing game out of the gift-ordering process.

Improved Quality Assurance via Real-Time Tools Data Capture

To satisfy a project owner's requirement of data integrity and a contractor's requirement of real-time bolting data, JasBolt was developed to capture real-time data via bluetooth during the execution of bolt tightening. Data could not be manipulated for reporting, and manual report-preparation was reduced.

Improved Vendor Restricted Inter-Systems Updates

Orange Workforce RPA was used to "manually" update data between the Point-of-Sales System and the Customer-Relationship-Management System. This reduced "time to data consistency" between the systems resulting in improved customer satisfaction.

Efficient Claims Submission, Processing and Resource Monitoring

The business owner's objective was to improve the claims process, specifically in reducing the time required to submit and process claims. There was also the requirement of ensuring worker location integrity. A customised version of the Travelling Claims app was developed to fulfil these requirements.

Users are guided through a intuitive User Interface on Bolt Tightening Sequence and Tightening Passes.

App can be used as a Standalone or together with JASABLE. Data from Standalone usage can be exported and shared, eg, via Whatsapp, Email, Cloud Drive, etc. Data is automatically synced to JASABLE if used together with JASABLE and JASABLE users are able to view the tightening information in real-time.

We are constantly added support for new relevant Bluetooth enabled tools, not just for Bolting but also for Measuring.

A fully functional and Malaysia locally-made digital workforce called the OrangeWorkforce. OrangeWorkforce is the optimum way of using the RPA (Robotic Process Automation).

Orange Workforce is particularly suited to replace mundane repetitive tasks.

An App born out of the need for easier and more accurate Travel Claims submission and processing. Claimify is particularly suitable for businesses with lots of traveling personnel, either to conduct inspection or visitations.

Users' Starting Point and Time is automatically captured by capturing his/her Geolocation and Device Timestamp.

Travel Distance to Destination Point is automatically calculated via Google Maps when user selects Destination. Destination locations are presented as drop-downs similar to most Driving Assistance Apps like Waze and Google Maps.

Supervisors are automatically alerted via Whatsapp for Travel Approval upon submission of Travel.

A Constraint Problem Solver (CSP) service provided via REST API.

Problems are sent to the REST Server with the required parameters and the calculated Optimal Result is returned as JSON REST response.

Vehicle Routing, Job Scheduling, Task Assigment, Classroom Planning, Timetable Planning, Employee Scheduling are just some of the pre-programmed Solvers on offer.

Planonn can also be configured for specific Solver needs. It is complimented by a Clustering algorithm.
